"MY" Exercise Routine
No, not MINE
As he neared 100 years of age, Benjamin Ferencz maintained a most remarkable, and hilarious, exercise routine which I share below. See if you can do this, at ANY age.
Benjamin Ferencz was the youngest prosecutor, 27, at Nuremberg, and the last to pass away. It was his first trial; no one else was willing to do it. He, a Jew, prosecuting 22 high ranking Nazi officers. "The largest murder trial in history."
Ferencz went on to help spur the creation of the International Criminal Court, and never stopped advocating for justice. And as you can tell from the clip, he never lost his joy and playfulness.
You see why I keep thinking about his example these days?

Robert Leaver here...
I listened to the short clip...I smiled. Here is what I have in my quote pinboard:
"Deep breathing every morning
Wiggle your toes
Rub your legs
125 pushups"
signed Athol Fugard --a well-known African playwright
Fugard said this on the stage at Trinty Rep many decades ago when Leaver was in the audience. I was the quest of my serious woman friend who was the fundraiser for Trinity.
Love the feeling of this all over me
Keep this good stuff unfolding
125 pushups? I'm guessing that's an example of his sense of humor. Even if true (in my best lower east side accent), that seems like an awful lot of bother.
